This Info Handbook (Google Docs) was sent on Friday 13 July at 5:30pm. It has a lot of info for you. Please read it.
If you register after Friday 13 July, we may not be able to cater for your dietary request. Vegetarians will be catered for, however.

Schedule and ConfEngine
With over 120 sessions, across 2 days, there’s always a lot on at once. Visit the Schedule page for links to a PDF grid that you can print or put on your phone. Also, the ConfEngine site/app will let you find out about the sessions and keep track of them during the day.
Name changes and refunds
No refunds are available after midnight on Wednesday 21 June, but you can change the name on your registration at any time. The Registration FAQ page explains our refund policy, in full.
If you can’t come, you are welcome to send someone else in your place, free of charge. Please do this through the Eventbrite system, so that your replacement’s details are in our system properly. Please note that if you have a 2 day registration, you can’t split it between 2 people! To change the details Log in to your Eventbrite account.

Charity Band Night
We are raising money for a great charity by partnering with the Battle of the Agile Bands. Some of the acts will be doing an encore performance to close out LAST on Friday 20 July. IT’S SEPARATELY TICKETED, so find out more and get a ticket here…
