John will be leading you through 90 mins of guided, spirited conversation about the traps that we slip into all the time when we are putting together digital products. Things that although they feel right at the time, can come back and bite us. Using John’s intuition Traps thought exercises, he will go through his some of his top examples. There will be opportunities for facilitated breakout sessions around each of the examples, giving you a chance to explore the ideas in small groups. The bite-sized sections of the session will ensure a fast pace with maximum interaction and learning.
