LAST Anywhere Workshop with John Cutler

Product Management expert, John Cutler, will join us via video from California. John is a self-described “Product Management nut”, with a strong knowledge of agility. He writes regularly on Medium, and is prolific on Twitter. You may know him from his talk at LAST Conference Melbourne 2018 or round one of this workshop that he presented in 2019.

John will be leading you through 90 mins of guided, spirited conversation about the traps that we slip into all the time when we are putting together digital products. Things that although they feel right at the time, can come back and bite us.

Using John’s intuition Traps thought exercises, he will go through some of his top examples. There will be opportunities for facilitated breakout sessions around each of the examples, giving you a chance to explore the ideas in small groups. The bite-sized sections of the session will ensure a fast pace with maximum interaction and learning.

If you came to his previous workshop, you can come to this one, as the conundrums discussed will be different.
